What are remedies? Against any practice makes equality and peace in society then what are constitutional remedies ?

Remedies produced by constitution is called consirutional remedies.

Remedies are anything which provide safeguard against any practice and from anything i have already mentioned about what is untouchability . Untouchability is a curse and these safeguards and remedies protect people from untouchability in the context of this post. 

This post will provide information about remedies privided by constitutional assembly. 

First i want to differentiate you between constitutional remedies and constitutional remedies against untouchability. 

These both are different because righ5 against constitutional remedies is a fundamental right this right was made  because if rights of any individual gets denied  by anyone even government then he or she can go to court and present their case against judge. 

constitutional remedies against untouchability is different like it provide people safeguards against untouchability by providing article 17. It states that if someone  distinguish between person on the basis of untouchability then they can take  help of courts and judges and many other authorities.

The judges and jury provide punishments against the the criminal.

Like when the constitution was developing in the constitutent assembly, Dr B.R. Ambedkar was the person who was in the favour of untouchables and lower strata people. In this article anyone who is untouchable or socially marzinalised then he or she can take help of this article.

If you are 18+ or under 18 then you can take help of any authority of government  and these rights are provided by the constitution.
